【Kagawa, Shikoku】 Chiffon cake specialty shop that opened in May 2023 by 5 mothers with handicapped children who thought to make a cake that is easy on the body. The special thing about their fluffy cakes is that they are made with rice flour, so they are gluten free, and do not use any oil.
There are more than 10 kinds of cakes that feature fresh fruits and vegetables from Mitoyo! From small whole cakes to their popular smooth pudding and their limited edition summer fruit pudding, there are many items to enjoy. Take away only. Items can be set aside in advance - please call.
