Named for nearby Ibukijima Island- famous for its sardines- the broth at this udon restaurant uses these tiny fish to make a delicious broth. Combine that broth with perfectly chewy udon noodles and just-fried chikuwa made with fresh fish in their popular shoyu-chiku udon. Or try the increasingly popular niku udon with slightly sweet beef. The staff here truly have a passion for udon.
