Sanuki Ramen Ibuki Iriko Center

Fishing port ramen shop. Try the essence of Ibuki sardines

This fishing port ramen shop, which serves morning ramen, was opened with the goal to allow visitors to Kagawa to enjoy the bounties of the Seto Inland Sea and the Seto morning culture. The ramen is delicious, and uses plenty of Ibuki iriko sardines, which are famous for being one of the gifts from the sea in Kagawa (aka Udon prefecture).
One of the recommended items is the deep flavor ibuki soba, which uses a deep Ibuki iriko soup and medium thick flat noodles that come together in perfect harmony.
The chuka Chinese soba uses chicken oil and golden Ibuki iriko soup for a lighter taste, which is the perfect dish for an early morning.
When you come to Kagawa, please enjoy an early morning bowl of ramen!

  • Niboshi soba (JPY 500) - the thin noodles go perfectly with the clear soup
  • Deep flavor ibuki tsukemen (JPY 880) - taste the strength of Ibuki iriko sardines
