Old-fashioned bread, 100% Grandma-made

Itosei Pansho Bakery, given the nickname "Ito-pan" by locals, has been a staple of the community for over 70 years. It still retains the charm of a Showa-era shop, nestled in Nio's historic town. All the bread they sell is made by one obaa-chan the same way it has been since the postwar period. Come around noon to get it just-baked.
Their most popular product is the age-pan, or fried bread, just ¥110!
