Mitoyo Olive's olives are primarily cultivated in Nio-cho, Mitoyo, a town known for having some of the longest hours of sunshine in the entirety of Japan. The oil is extracted soon after harvest to produce fresh, 100% Kagawa-made extra virgin olive oil.
