Produced the traditional way, one at a time, at this shop with three generations of experience.
Choose between 7 varieties of wheat and 5 varieties of rice ponsen.
The ichimi flavor is made with Kagawa Hontaka peppers, and the iriko sardine flavor is made with sardines from nearby Ibuki island. The rice and soy sauce are also produced in Kagawa. Perfect for snacks or with drinks. Once you start eating them, you won't be able to stop!
