Salad Club (Cooking Lessons)

Learn to cook in a log cabin surrounded by nature and looking out over the inland sea on the beautiful Shonai Penninsula. The staff is comprised of licensed cooking instructors who want to "create joy in the mind and body through delicious food." Thorough and easy-to-understand instructions mean that anyone, even children and total beginners can easily participate.

• Make pizza from scratch in 3 hours, or just the toppings in 2
