Health facility overflowing with blessings of the sea

The only large sports club (gym) in Mitoyo, Sea Max supports the health of all the local people! Visitors can relax by washing away the day's exhaustion in any of the 12 tyles of baths, which feature simple bath, jet bath, cold bath, and electric bath. Sea Max is proud to be the first sports club on Shikoku to have an open-air bath with pure onsen water. The hot dry sauna, reaching temperatures between 88℃ - 94℃, is also popular. There is also a gym with various machines, and a rare salt water pool with 8-25 meter lanes.

You don't have to be a member to use the facilities, as guests are also welcome to use all facilities, including the baths.
