Togawa Dam

250 cherry trees surround the dam in Spring, showering the water with petals.

Clear water fills this dam and is surrounded by Togawa Dam Park on the shore, making it clear why it's considered on of Kagawa Prefecture's 100 most beautiful sites. It's a great spot for a relaxing walk along the shore, especially in Spring, when 250 cherry trees burst into bloom along the water's edge.
Visit in Spring for cherry blossoms, early Summer for new shoots and buds, Fall for the changing leaves, or Winter for a dusting of snow.
